Secret of Budapest operates as a private, professionally structured space. The following guidelines are mandatory for all guests.

1. We operate in a professional environment. We do not provide sexual services.
2. Our services are available exclusively to adults.
3. Guests are received in good health condition only. Safety and physical-emotional wellbeing are always our priority. Guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any mind-altering substances will not be accepted.
4. Respect for boundaries and mutual courtesy are fundamental. The therapist reserves the right to immediately terminate a session if guidelines are violated or professional boundaries are not respected. In such cases, the session fee is non-refundable.
5. Our service fees are fixed and non-negotiable. Questioning or attempting to negotiate prices is considered disrespectful.
6. Secret of Budapest is not a publicly accessible walk-in location. We operate exclusively by pre-arranged and confirmed appointments. Arriving without a confirmed booking or requesting an immediate, on-site appointment will not be accommodated.
7. A reservation becomes final only after reading and confirming acceptance of our Etiquette & Guidelines. Without this confirmation, we are unable to secure an appointment.
8. Please silence your mobile phone upon arrival. Maintaining the tranquility and respect of the space is essential.
9. Privacy and discretion are of utmost importance. A quiet and respectful arrival and departure help preserve the harmony of the environment.
10. In case of delay, please inform us as soon as possible. If a delay is not communicated in advance, the lost time will be deducted from your scheduled session.
11. Tipping is not mandatory. However, if you wish to express your appreciation, our therapists are pleased to accept gratuities offered directly to them.
